I'm working on a friends laptop that is currently hangin on the loading screen. The pc has vista 32 premium. It loads in safe mode but that is it. I have set bios settings to default and done a few other small troubleshootin tricks but nothing has worked. Please help me out.

turns out the drive was going bad. Have a new drive coming from Dell
