You're right, terrible was a poor choice of words.
It's kind of like grilled salmon isn't terrible but still disappointing when you ordered striploin.

Guys Guys, Check this out!
I found an unbelievable screen shot of the upcoming "DOOM 10 - End of Hell" ! 8O
6cqjq08.jpg

It uses Microsoft's DirectX 15c (Doom 4,5,6,7,8 & 9 will use DirectX10,11,12,13,14,15b).
Unbelievable!
What kind of graphics cards can handle this kind of graphics? 8O

Yeah, the game is awesome itself but the sad part is that it's gonna release in 2028 lol.
So we have to wait A LITTLE!(Just a little, OK?)

Should I upgrade now? Or wait?
No need to wait...just upgrade your 3GHz C2D to something like PII 233MHz & sell your X1900card for a 2MB(4MB is recommended!) video card & you are set!
Yup, 2028, the year before Duke Nukem Forever...
Oh man! we are gonna fight along with Duke for our life! seems a bit scary! but don't worry i know a secret place in the first level where we can get a Bazooka and then we have no problem!
lol

The site didn't said that it uses either OpenGL 9.0(Availabe on GeForce48xxx & Radeon HDX25xxx)or DirectX15c, but it said that you must have the DriectX15c installed on your system in order to play DOOM 10 - End of Hell. So it seems that you are right. :D

That's the problem. I don't think I should upgrade now, I think I should wait.

As you can see here:
53ubes6.jpg

The game takes full advantage of Shader Model 11.0, so you are right! Waiting is the choice for now!(lol)
