MY LAPTOP USUALLY DUMPS WHEN I INSERT A USB OR WHEN I AM ONLINE. I DON' KNOW WHAT HAPPEDED TO IT AND THIS HAS HAPPENED MANY TIMES AND IT ASKS ME TI USE THE COMMAND *** STOP 0X0000000A. PLEASE HELP ME.

Are you so mad that you have to yell? That's what using all caps means.

According to support.microsoft.com, that error is caused by a bad driver or a hardware failure. Have you installed new drivers lately?
