Hello,I have a web cam and i need a simple program for my linux. then i need to find a host site so my image can be shared. Thanks.

Linux should be able to use your camera through its inbuilt camera program. If not, you need to download drivers (or get them through updates) from the manufacturer's website. You can upload your images anywhere onto any host site if you want to share them. Like Picassa or Flickr.
