Do you mean you are trying to flash the BIOS without success or just nothing comes up on the screen at start-up? I always ask people to tell me what their computer does rather than not does. In your case if you ask "I press the on button and I get 3 long beeps from my hp probook 4530s and the screen remains blank" then we have a starting point. What does it do in response to what action by you?
