Hi all,

Home Network query here.

I have a D-Link DSL G604T Wireless router (upstairs), cabled to my Asus P5K-E/Wifi Vista desktop (downstairs) and a Compaq XP Notebook with a d-link wireless card.

I've finally got the XP/Vista computers playing nicely on the network, setup the P5K-E/Wifi AP but it appears as a seperate network and then my laptop keeps trying to connect to the upstairs network even though it has weaker signal strength.

I'd like to setup the P5K-E/Wifi AP to act as a relay for the wireless network so the laptop can roam around the house.

Can I do this, or does the P5K-E have to act as it's own router?

Thanks for any help you can give

B
