Hi, I have the below setup (see my sign) and I'm looking to upgrade from my stock intel cooler to something better. - Namely something that is going to let me overclock above the 3.2 mark without instability, also something cooler and more reliable would be handy. I don't want to get a cooler that will require me to take out my motherboard to install as I'm quite lazy.
I've found details on the Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro and it looks good.

The Freezer 7 is probably your best bet if you don't want to have to remove the mobo.
