I have been using my custom computer for about a month and decided to update my Windows Experience Index. My computer has an Intel Core Quad, Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT, and 6GB of RAM. My problem is even though the computer is pretty good, the Windows Experience Index is at the Max of 5.9. I know my computer isn't that good, so is this is a mistake or does Microsoft think any medium- high range computer is the best computer ever.

Are you concerned with the Windows Experience Index? When Vista came out, 5.9 represented (and it still does) a computer that can run Vista quite well. The index has been increased in Windows 7, so the same computer no longer reaches the maximum.
