Blank media window

When inserting a blank dvd or cd a window pops up asking what you would like to do with said media. My problem is that there are several choices in the menu that the computer recognizes as no longer appropriate but still insists upon listing as follows:

ERROR: UNKNOWN RESOURCE ID
Using Nero StartSmart

Which refers to a program that was deleted using Revo Uninstaller, which does a good job deleting the extraneous BS that programs often leave behind.

In any case, this occurs in multiples and is a little distracting and annoying. Anybody know how to go about deleting them? Thanks.
