Help please: Which Gigabyte GA-965P-DS3 version to buy?

Hi PC Builders,

I am not sure which Gigabyte DS3 version motherboard to buy... mainly the differences appear to be related to FSB speed (1066/800/533MHz or one 1333/1066MHz) and version 1.3 or 3.3. I plan to purchase at newegg, can you tell me which version to buy for my build below and why that particular version of the motherboard :?: ?

Either version will work, I would get the Rev 3.3 version:

It has a better audio codec as well as a better VRM, and a better heatsink on the P965 chip, which gets blazing hot.
