hey guys. im new here and im looking for some help.

i'm getting error messages when im trying to open my control panel

C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERdbe8.dir00\spoolsv.exe.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERdbe8.dir00\appcompat.txt

i havent changed any thing or installed anything. does anyone know what might have caused this and how to resolve this. im not sure what other information i need to give to find the problem.
