Yes You can use the 64bit version of windows XP. Purchase the Windows XP 64bit SP2 and download all 64bit drivers for your Mainboard and other peripherals. But it seems that your mainboard only support 2gb of RAM why use Windows XP 64bit... Do you have applications requiring 64bit OS...?
