Packard Bell Imedai 5070 No sound devices

I have lost the sound devices for my computer and need the original cd but I do not own it and how else can I get my sound back, I have tried the restore but I do not have any dates to restore to. I have looked into control panel, Sound and Audio devices, then hardware, I get this message:
