BSOD help

I need a bit of help.

I cannot seem to figure out if my memory board is bad or what.

I keep getting BSOD.

Sometimes :

I saw onetime Machine Check Exception



What should I do - any free downloads to fix the register - if that is what it is.

Any help would be appreciated.

I found this. The specific exception message isn't the same, but that link leads to a good repository of info. There's also someone there that seems knowledgable (which is always helpful).
