Crashes

Hello all
ive recently been experiencing crashes like 2-3 aday with the blue screen saying that windows has detected a problem and needs to close to protect your computer etc. As im not very technical with computers i decided to seek help through these forums.My question is if i was to use a registry cleaner software would this resolve the problem ? also do they actually work as im a bit sceptical about buying the software online, or can anyone recommend a software that they have used . thankyou in advanced for any feedback. regards. stue

click windows logs, system, scroll down to the date & time for the BSOD event, click details tab, right-click contents to select all, copy, and paste it here.
