Hi everyone, is there anyway to find out why the HTPC wakes up from standby in detail? like what program or scheduled task woke it up? i tried looking at the event viewer and couldn't find anything about resume from standby events, unless i'm looking in the wrong place?

Check your settings to see if "Wake on Lan" is enabled.

Also, go to bios, power mgr, set standby to S3/STR, save & exit.

yea i have wake-on-lan disabled and S3 enabled yet the PC still sometimes wake up to do nothing. not very often but does. at first i thought well maybe its a guide update or windows update but when i check it, that's not the case. that's why i'm trying to find something that will tell me exactly what wakes up the PC.
