I've created a second user account to use for gaming. I want to disable all the un-needed programs for that account only. But when I disable them in msconfig, it disables them for all accounts. Is there any way I can achieve what I want?

I think Windows is flawed in this regard in that it has both global and user startup folders & reg keys. The user should have the option to inherit global or none, and have its own startups.

The link may or may not work for you in this scenario, but it's what most everyone use to enable/disable startups.
