Stupid newbie mistake

Hey guys,

I am currently running Ubuntu 12.04 with Cinnamon and made a silly mistake.

I for some reason cannot move my applets around on the toolbar so I selected to remove them all then closed out of the window. Now I am sitting with an empty toolbar so I can only use alt + f2. Can someone tell me how to either reset my toolbar or get to a menu where I can bring back my applets such as the menu button through the alt + f2 screen?

I don't use cinnamon but can you try to run

cinnamon-settings panel
cinnamon-settings applets

you are my hero. I have been punching in every form of cinnamon-settings, cinnamon-applets, ect. I haven't thought of cinnamon-settings panel.

EDIT: Would anyone happen to know anything about this issue I am having. I can drag the icons on my toolbar but cannot drop them anywhere. I can add and remove them but once I do, they won't budge. I haven't had this issue on previous installs of ubuntu.
