Ntldr is compressed

How do i get this ntldr decompressed? The computer is a E machine w3118. I can not even get into safe mode. I did a system recovery and nothing change. Still comes up with.....ntldr compressed press ctrl-alt-del.I lost any cds that came with the computer in a flood. Could I copy NTLDR from different windows xp? I do not see any where I could go into safe mode. Thank You

Well its not easy without having a windows or another bood cd. If you can find one or you can install your hard drive in a computer which has windows already installed on it as second drive we can tell you what to do next.
