i have used ubuntu software . my system sound is low. i have seen youtube videos and facebook videos, how to increase my system sound. which driver i have install . help me

there is a master volume control on the upper right hand corner.

Probably a new user issue and not related to hardware/software issues. Don't give up on Ubuntu. I'm starting to get my Linux legs after some difficult times, but it has been worth it. My Ubuntu is fast, beautiful, and very functional.
