So, whenever i start up my PC & boot Vista it loads, gets past the welcome screen and displays the desktop and taskbar. At that point my startup programs start to load, then it Blue Screens (which flashes for only a second) and then the computer restarts.
Vista seems to load fine in Safe Mode, but i can't find an error report.
On a separate hard disk i have Windows 7 which load perfectly fine.

I was in the process of overclocking my PC when this started to occur, so i completely reset my BIOS to AUTO and it didn't change anything

So, my question is two fold,
1) What can i do to fix this Vista issue w/o loosing all my files
2) Is there a way for Windows 7 to access my Vista files? (In Windows 7, My
Computer doesn't display the HD that Vista is on

My computer is:
AMD: Athlon 64 X2 5200+
Mobo: Gigabyte M57SLI-S4 v.2
RAM: 4GB (2x2gb) Mushkin DDR2 PC2-6400
OS: Vista 64bit SP2
VC: EVGA 8800 GTS 320MB

Thanx for any help as always
