I have an IBM Thinkpad which ran on Windows XP. I did a fresh reinstall of XP but now the drivers are not able to be installed, including the Ethernet driver. This is problematic because I do not have the disk with the drivers on it and eithout the ethernet I cannot get onto the internet to download the drivers.

Anyone have a solution to this? Really need help on this as a friend needs this laptop urgently. Thanks!

You either need to get IBM to supply another disk, or find someone with a working internet connection who can down-load the drivers for you.
