I"m in the ICE CAVES and I'm slipping and sliding all around but I
can't seem to find the next level.
Any help is appreciated.

IIRC I spiralled up a cave jumping from ledge to ledge.

I did that too, but I could only go up so far.
I could see that there was one more ledge above me but it was way to
high to jump up there.
How did you jump that high?

Sorry, I can't recall very much. There might have been two such
caves close together. It's possible so keep trying. In the
stuck area look around and change your perspective and you might
see something.
