Ive tried the IEEE 1394 firewire as well as the USB connect. Movie maker says no device is connected. USB detects new hardware but fails to recognise it, 'unknown device' is the statement. I downloaded the driver from the following link but it still wont recognize

I use to transfer videos a few years ago, dont remember having any problems then. Cant figure it out now.
