Just reformatted to Vista 64 and when i start moving a window around, my CPU usage goes from 1% to 36% and it leaves a trail. (check pic)
I've noticed this only happens when i drag a window over another and it doesn't slow down performance but it's really annoying me.
Anyone know how to fix this?
