I downloaded the usb installer, did all i needed, installation finished, restarted PC, went to bios --> select boot device ---> 7763 MB USB... ---> starting windows..

what do i need to do?

Depending on your BIOS, there may be a separate tab in your boot menu called "Hard Disk Priority" or something similar. If your USB device appears on that list, make sure to bump it up otherwise it will boot to your HDD first.

Ubuntu should automatically install the correct drivers on its own. Do you have any reason to believe your ATI HD5850 is not working?
