I am running 64 bit Vista and when running ventrilo I experience the following problem: Vent seems to wrok fine for the first few minuts, then as time goes on I notice I am not being responded to and I am not hearing anyone, then all of the sudden I will hear everything that has been said in the past 5-10 minutes overlapping and sped up playing at once. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

Bringing back a very old post here, but I am getting this same exact problem (except on Win7 64-bit) on my new PC and can't seem to figure out why it's happening or how to fix it. Can anyone help?

are you running as administrator, also have you added it into the firewall exceptions? also what ping are you getting when connected?
