Runtime error

When I click on a link I receive this runtime error; C:\Programfiles\InternetExplorer\iexplore.exe How do I fix it?
I have run reg cure and it did not take care of it. I had PAV and when I was able to get rid of it, it left me with this
runtime error.
Help!
