I have added another user log on in my Windows XP home edition. I gave them admin rights and when I turned on my compuer the next time my original administrator log on had disappeared, only new log on and guest accounts come up. How do I find it, all my favs, desk top icons, etc were there.

Open up C drive and goto documents and settings folder. There should be a folder called administrator. In there you will find the my documents folder and desktop folder that will have the stuff your looking for.
If you want to log into the administrator account you can log out of the default account. When the login screen shows up press Ctrl-Alt-Del to bring up another login screen where you can enter administrator and the password.

You can't login to the Administrator account in Windows XP Home unless you boot into Safe Mode.
