I just bought a new computer that's been built for me in advance so it should be working properly.

But my problem is that this new computer does not seem to work with monitor, and it is a 19”. I can get the No Signal to come up and after that it doesn't do anything but remains black.

I've been trying everything I know, as I'm not really a computer wizard there's not much I can think of. One thing I heard is that my monitors are too small for my graphics card. Should I just go and buy a new monitor.

if the monitor doesn't have a picture during boot, either the monior or the video card died
