I supose if you are doing some minor OCing, the e4300 is best as they should OC to about 2.6ghz without any trouble or new coolers. But the e4400 should have the biggest max OC.

If you are keeping to stock, then its a matter of a slight performance increase for 10 quid.

I just bought a e4400, with no effort at all and all stock voltages I was able to OC to 3Ghz i just changed the memmory settings to 3:4 (i think that's what it's at) I've got it running stable now at 3.33Ghz with minor voltage changes. I've had it running now for a few days, but will try for 3.5Ghz later today. that or i wana lower my multiplier and try for a 400Mhz FSB

thanx for the reply's...ive decided to stick with the e4400 as its apparently easier to hit higher clock speeds due to it's higher multiplyer.

@mation man...yea mate i did change my question as i was looking at mobo's i seen that it was compatible with ddr400...thanx anyways.
