Ok, really appreciating the hoopla over Windows 7, since it seems Microsoft is going in the right direction. But I still got apps that need Vista to run properly, so am waiting for Vista SP2 to come out. Any word on that?
SP2 is RTM, so I would expect it to be available to everyone in the next month or so.
Could you clarify what apps 'need Vista to run properly', please? The service pack is mostly a collection of the various patches, most of which people should already have through MS UPdate. There are no major changes for Vistal.

Ok, thanks for clearing that up. So, since I've been updating religiously, SP2 is basically useless for me? Is there anyway to slipstream the updates I've downloaded into my own Vista installer?

Your Vista installer? A Vista installer is the Vista installation disk. It's not possible to slipstream to an already burned disk.
