Since I am looking at the likelihood of upgrading to an AMD Athlon X2 3800+ AM2 based machine soon, I am going to be needing 2gb of new memory. Here is a list of the sub-$150 priced 2gb kits for PC2-6400 that ZipZoomFly carries for Corsair, Crucial and OCZ. The pricing does not include rebates since I won't likely be able to make a purchase before the offers expire. For that reason, I'm going based on pre-rebate pricing. The system will be for general use with occassional gaming (bfme/c&c3/oblivion/etc) and xvid/mpeg-2/HD video encoding/decoding. I've marked which one I'm considering, which is #5. How much of a noticeable performance difference do the latency ratings listed here really make for a general use system? Any input? Any recommendations for anything specific? My cap on the memory is around $150 or so. Thanks.

NOTE: I added Crucial to the list, as I forgot to include that in my initial post.
