could not boot comp..bad ram stick was culprit but wiped everything for some reson so trying too install fresh os vista home wont install..comes to screen pick driver no drivers found. (sata hardrive) any suggestions? thanks in advance

You don't need SATA drivers. Is the hard disk detected by the BIOS?
