this error screen keeps on appearing on my screen.... what am i to do? please some one help me out...

It would seem as though it is spyware of some sort.
According to what I read spybot will clean it up.
just google winsersec.exe and you will have all kinds of info.

if spybot doesn't work, try Super Anti Spy Ware, most of us quit using Spybot a long time ago
