Power Supply for new build

What kind of power supply is best for a build with the following components:
E6600 overclocked to 2.6 (just a little =P)
4GB of Corsair DDR2 800 RAM
4 Hard drives
Asus P5B Deluxe
8800 GTS 640
2 80mm fans and 2 120mm fans at most

Not exactly new build, more of an upgrade. I think my friend will use 32-bit but I might convince him to use 64. So the Corsair will work fine right?

Eh, he'll use 64bit soon enough. 4gb of ram is kinda a waste if you can only use ~3gb of it.

I agree with this completely. I don't see any good reason at all to use 32 bit Vista. Sure, you get DX10, but the ram limitation will kill the system as soon as the games get the least demanding.

I would go for a larger psu, something similar to what purdueguy suggested.

Decided to buy the corsair 650watt to be safe for future upgrades.
