KVM switch problem

hi all,
i got two ibm machines, ThinkCentre desktops one is MT-M 8113, the other is a slightly different model - MT-M 8189. The first works just fine with a KVM switch (KS 104) the other doesn't - any idea?

Have you tried Smartvm KVM Switch
