Hello i installed the game crysis and there was a keygem in the game which caused this virus.
Now internet explorer opens but then i am unable to do anything in it however it remains responding in task manager.
I removed the virus from symantec antivirus and system rebooted then removed some files by noadware but the problem still persists. Can u help me?

My OS is winXP SP2

You need to identify which variant of Backdoor.Graybird it is (there are several variants), then follow the relevant removal instructions (use Google);
for example Graybird.P: http://www.symantec.com/security_r [...] 99&tabid=1

My personal opinion is: anyone who just downloads a keygen program gets what they deserve.
