Question about psu/motherboard

I have an Evga 680i motherboard, evga 8800gts, and a Thermaltake toughpower 650w PSU. The mobo book wants me to hook up an auxiliary power connector (for graphics cards) from the PSU to the motherboard. I dont think the PSU has that cable unless it has a different name.

Do I need a PSU that has an auxilary power connector or is it something that I can skip?

That conecter looks like a reg 4 pin power conecter. For extra juice to the GPU's.
