when i boot my comp it gets to the windows load screen and doesnt go into the welcome window.. it will sit and load for like 5 min and then reboot itself.bios works,if i boot it in safe mode and do a system restore it works fine untill i shut it off again and it doesnt load ,what is goin on

Go into safe mode and in the start>Run box type msconfig. You want to disable all startup programs. Reboot and see if you still have problems. If not then you need to reenable each program one or two at a time until you get to one that causes your problem.
If you still can not boot then you have bigger problems. You might try uninstalling any of the latest updates or new drivers that were done.
