Taskbar issue

Hello, all!

So, my XP doesn't show the taskbar! The other problem is that my pc (XPS 400) didn't come with a reinstall CD!

Is there a problem related to explorer.exe (which cannot be found)? Would an installation of Vista 32-bit help fix this?

Any help to fix this problem would greatly help! I'm kinda tired of using RK Launcher to launch programs.

Do you have a start button?
If so right click it and then click properties and you can turn it on from there.

If you dont have a start button try pressing the windows key (between crtl and alt)
to open the start menu then right click properties.
