my pc is running slow should i go to task manager and stop some processes running or how do you go about speeding it up ,ran antivirus and antispyware but found nothing any help please nicky

Is it slow when it boots? If so, try this:

no it seems to be slow all the time, cpu is really high it more or less stays at 100% all the time it was ok up to a few weeks ago should i try msconfig and stop some programs running?
