problem with 8 port router

I just switched out a linksys 4 port router to a new BEFSR81 8 port. Everything was working fine with the 4 port with 4 pc's. Now I added 2 more pc's and the 8 port and 2 of the 6 pc's are losing their connection with internet explorer every 10 minutes or so. Aol Im will still work and online games stay on, but if I surf around for a bit on either of these 2 machines they do the same thing. I will click on IE and it will say connecting to site 217.XXX.XXX ect and eventually time out. If I reboot the machine thats timing out it will work for 10 minutes (approx) and time out again.. Also, ive walked away without rebooting before and came back 20 minutes later, clicked on IE and it worked, but only for so long again. There is more but im gonna submit this before I time out again...hehe
