Explorer does not display local or network resources

I am having difficulty finding the answer for this one, basically when I open explorer and click the drop down arrow I only see the address of the folder I am currently in. Typically you see all of the local disks and any network drives that are currently mapped. If anyone knows the answer to this I would greatly appreciate it. I already double checked our OU and did not see any conflicting entries.

Hmmm... try using a program like MuvEnum to restore your address bar.

I went ahead and tried that with no luck. It is really weird. The address bar is there and works properly but I can not click the dropdown icon and get a list of the local computer and network resources.
