HI

I am trying to connect Jornada 568 to Linux station (Aurox -
based on RH9 distr. with kernel 2.4.22) using USB. On Synce
project pages can read that this kernel version should support
the connection and ipaq.o driver doesnt need to be patched.
When I plug in the device into socket , can read in sys-log:

localhost kernel: hub.c: new USB device 00:1d.3-1, assigned
address 4
localhost kernel: usbserial.c: PocketPC PDA converter detected
localhost kernel: usbserial.c: PocketPC PDA converter now
attached to ttyUSB0 (or usb/tts/0 for devfs)
localhost usb.agent[6171]: missing kernel or user mode driver
ipaq
localhost devlabel: devlabel service started/restarted

and then (after ~seconds)

localhost kernel: usb.c: USB disconnect on device 00:1d.3-1
address 4
localhost kernel: usbserial.c: PocketPC PDA converter now
disconnected from ttyUSB0

Can you explain the line (usb.agent[6171]:missing kernel...) and
what may be wrong with the ipaq.o driver.

Thanks
RAF
