My Windows XP Setup keeps restarting over and over stating cannot run in safe mode...no matter whether or not I boot with a cd or just try to start my comp as usual, it continues. Prior to this my child (not knowing what she was doing), erased my partitions as well. Can my PC be saved?? Can anyone help??
