I can get either Server 2008 free or the beta to windows 7 free, which ones should I get? I need it just for dx10 games. Which one is better for gaming?
Should I get the 32 or 64 bit edition? I have 2GB of ram.
Also, do drivers written for windows vista work on server 2008? I'm talking about the sound card driver, I see vista and windows 7 drivers on my company's website, but no server 2008.

I would go with W7.
If you can wait until October when it is released you wont have to do a reinstall when it comes out and the beta ends,
