Whats the difference between active@kill disk and active@kill disk FREE.

Hello,does the free kill disk erase so you can use recovery and if so how many passes to get rid of all so it does not come back after you use recovery.

Yes, it'll wipe the drive. Here's the difference between the free and professional version.

If you use a full format, the data won't just come back on it's own. You can use your recovery discs or windows disc to reinstall windows after the format.
