my laptop window vista has always had problems of (window not responding; running slow, shutting down by itself).....but yesterday i was installing some scaning programs and the pc just shut down. i restart it and it says..............."some problems have been detected on ur pc and window shut down to prevent damage to ur pc"
until now when i turn it on...i see the blue screen with all the message..and it shut down again......
i really need help with this..please please help me!!!!1..thnkx in advance for ur helps.

i`m not an expert at problems. when i get them i just start playing around. try going into safe mode. if it comes up in safe mode, remove anything you may have installed before the problem started. i dont think it will let you do a restore in safe mode but give it a try. if you can run a virus scan in safe mode , do that too. if none of that work you may have to reinstall the os. its suks but the last resort.
