Antec Neo He 500w $40 AR at Fry's... opinions?

I am building a system in a month (e6420, ds3, 8800gts, 2hds, 2 burners) and I am starting to look for a power supply. I was going to get the Neo He 550w when it was on sale at newegg but there was a lot of negative reviews about it, but now that I can get the Neo He 500w for only 40$ it seems too good to pass up. Will this be enough power for my system, does anyone have any experience with this PS?

do you think I should jump on this now or will there be a deal similar or better in the next month?
